1.Shipping Partners and Delivery Timeframes:

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • International Shipping: For orders outside India, additional shipping fees are charged based on the total weight of the order parcel. These charges are calculated during the checkout process.

2. Tax and Duties (International Orders):

When shipping internationally, it's important to be aware that various countries may impose import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Therefore, we recommend checking your country's tax policies before placing an international order. Please note that once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders. If customs charges are not accepted or paid by the customer, we cannot process product exchanges, returns, or payment refunds.

3. Order Dispatch Timeline:

  • Our outfits are meticulously handcrafted, so it takes approximately 3-15 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch both domestic and international orders.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances like political unrest, public curfews, or containment zones, there may be an additional delay of 5-10 days in order dispatch. Rest assured, if such delays occur, our team will inform you promptly via email or phone.

4. Receiving Your Order:

We want your order to reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, please follow these steps:

  • Record a video and take images of the damaged parcel.
  • Do not accept the order.
  • Email the images and videos, along with your order number, to us.

We will use this information to swiftly resolve the issue and file claims with the shipment agency on your behalf.

5. Order Process:

 After placing an order on our website, we follow these steps:

Payment Policy:

Worldwide Shipping: We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping, reaching over 220 destinations across the globe. To confirm the shipping eligibility for your city or country, please check during the order checkout process.

Order Cancellation: For both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
