CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Label Preesha, we highly value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering the most accurate and informative product listings to empower you to make well-informed choices. Before dispatching orders, we rigorously undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure your order reaches you in pristine condition.

Exchange Eligibility

We are delighted to assist you with exchanges related to sizing if, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with the items in your order. Unfortunately, at present, we do not accept returns of orders.
 
Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are exclusively available for domestic orders. The items intended for exchange must be in an unused, unwashed, and unworn condition, and they must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
 
Exchange Terms and Criteria: We kindly request that you take note of the following points when requesting an exchange for your order:
 
  • While we provide comprehensive product descriptions, including details about color, fit, wash care, and other specifications, slight variations in color may occur due to variations in display settings. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate exchange requests related to color discrepancies, fabric material, quality, etc.
  • Exchange requests are only considered for orders placed through our official website,https://labelpreesha.in/.
  • Regrettably, we do not currently offer exchanges for orders originating from outside India. 

Exchange Process

 If your exchange request aligns with the aforementioned terms and criteria, below is our systematic exchange process designed to provide a seamless experience:
  • You can initiate an exchange request by emailing us at [email protected] or by calling us at +91 8745830689 within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Alternatively, you can directly submit your request on our website through this Exchange Query Form.
  • To facilitate your exchange request, a processing fee of ₹300 per product will be charged. After making the payment, please share a screenshot of the payment via email.
  • If you opt to send the product intended for exchange directly to us, our team will furnish you with the shipping address. Upon dispatching the item(s), kindly provide the AWB number, courier company name, and POD. We recommend utilizing reputable courier agencies, as Devansh Fashion House Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss during transit for items dispatched directly by the customer.
  • Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, it undergoes a rigorous quality inspection. Following approval, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 7-10 working days.
  • Exchanges for size are permitted once per order, and multiple exchanges for products within the same order are not entertained.
  • In certain instances where the requested product size is unavailable in our inventory, our customer support team will notify you and issue a credit note for the total amount of the item(s).
  • Credit vouchers issued for exchanges remain valid for 90 days.
  • Please note that any cancellations of prepaid orders after placement will incur a fee of 2-3% (as payment gateway charges).

Refund Policy

Label Preesha does not provide returns or refunds for products once they have been sold and delivered. However, we do offer the option of exchanging items for a different size. For further details, please refer to our 'Exchange & Cancellation Policy' on our website. In the case of a refund for a defective or damaged product, gateway charges of 3% and 2% will be deducted for prepaid and COD orders, respectively.

Cancellation Policy

Label Preesha extends the convenience of canceling prepaid and COD orders within 24 hours of placing the order. In the case of prepaid orders, we provide the option of either issuing a credit note of equal value or replacing the ordered item with another product of equivalent value.

We also retain the right to cancel or reject specific customer orders for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to the unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, incorrect product listings or pricing on the website, and alerts from our analytics team regarding payment-related or fraudulent practices. In cases where Label Preesha cancels prepaid orders, the entire order amount is refunded to the customer's registered bank account, with notification sent to their registered email ID. Our decision to accept or cancel orders is conclusive and binding.
